Mr Kwabena Asare is the Managing Partner of the firm. He has a comprehensive commercial practice, with a focus in the areas of arbitration, maritime and oil & gas law. He has worked for over 15 years as a lawyer. His litigation and arbitration practice have included representation of clients in the Commercial Court, High Court and Court of Appeal in England and Wales, UK and the Republic of Ghana.
Mr Asare has specialist understanding in the areas of maritime claims, the downstream petroleum sector and oil & gas refinery commercial management.

Mr Yaw Appiagyei-Barimah is the Senior Partner of the firm. He has practiced both in the UK and Ghanaian courts and is a commercially astute professional with a solid track record in Law, Financial Services, Criminal Justice System, Conduct Risk, Know Your Customer (KYC), Know Your Business (KYB), Operational Due Diligence, Complaint Handling and Customer Advisory roles.
His clients include some of the leading engineering, insurance, financial and trading companies in the region. Additionally, he has experience in the areas of commercial dispute Resolution, oil & gas, insurance, tort, and Criminal law.
